 How to claim your FREE DS Lite

  • To claim your gift, just wait seven working days (counting from the day after you received your new plan and phone) and then register with us by giving us your contact details (your T-Mobile phone number, full name, billing address and postcode). If you have an email address you can register online at t-mobilegift.co.uk. When you have successfully registered we will send you an email to confirm this as well as giving you your login and password details, which you can use to view your profile page online. If you don't have an email address you can register with us by calling 0845 412 2333.
  • Remember that if you don't register with us within 60 calendar days (counting from the date on which you can register), you won't be able to claim your gift. You won't be able to register to claim your gift at all if you have left (or asked to leave) us, your account has been suspended and/or you haven't paid your last bill.
  • As soon as you have registered we will send the gift we promised you to your billing address. Please allow 28 days for it to arrive.
  • You won't be able to ask us to send or sell your gift to anyone else or swap it for anything else, and you won't be able to get actual cash instead.
  • By connecting with us you've accepted these conditions. Remember that we can change how this works at any time.

 The legal stuff you need to know

  • All our offers are based on you promising to stay with us for 18 months and passing our standard credit.
  • To get your free gift, take out a new connection to Combi 40 plan only with a Nokia 6600 Slide or Samsung U900 phone by calling us or visiting t-mobile.co.uk (from 26 December 2008 only whilst stocks last). You'll have to promise to stay with us for 18 months and pass our standard credit check.
  • Combi 40 inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to all UK mobiles and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. You'll also get free unlimited texts. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan. We're afraid that you won't be able to combine this with any other offer, such as our Combi 40 and mobile broadband offer.
  • We're afraid that you won't be able to combine your free gift with any other offer apart from these unlimited texts. If we unexpectedly run out of the gift you want, we will give you a similar gift or greater or equal value instead.

Unlimited texts

Join Combi 30, 35, 40 or 50 on an 18 month plan by visiting us in store or by calling us before 31 January 2009 and you'll get free unlimited texts. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
